What Information does Partner Jet require to book my trip?

  • Full legal name of each passenger
  • Date of Birth
  • Citizenship
  • Valid Passport number with expiry date
  • Date and approximate time of departure
  • Executive Ground Transportation requirements for origin and destination
  • Gourmet in-flight catering requests

How much luggage can I bring?
Luggage capacity varies by jet type. Partner Jet asks that our valued guests inform us if they are bringing large luggage items such as golf bags, skis, or many pieces of luggage. If you are unsure an Executive Flight Coordinator is always available to discuss your specific requirements and recommend the best solution for your travel needs.

Will the aircraft wait for me or return to pick me up?
The aircraft is scheduled according to the specific needs of each customer. Based on your unique travel itinerary, Partner Jet will determine whether it is most efficient for the aircraft to wait for you at your destination or whether it should return for you at a later date. Generally speaking, for same day return and two day trips -- it is almost always more economical for the aircraft to wait

Can I change my schedule during my trip?
Flexibility is one of the key benefits of Private Air Charter.  Partner Jet realizes that your needs may change and one of our dedicated Flight Coordinators will be happy to work with you to accommodate these changes.

What Method of payment is accepted to book my flight?
Partner Jet accepts Visa, AMEX, wire transfer, certified cheque, or bank draft.
