Richard Gage
Rich Gage had been involved in the aviation industry for over forty years.  He is the former Senior Operating Officer of Execaire Inc., past Chairman and later C.E.O. of the Canadian Business Aviation Association, and is a current member of the Board of Directors of Nav Canada, and the Canadian Air and Space Museum.  Mr. Gage is a multi-rated pilot.

Richard Cooper
Richard Cooper is the President and C.E.O. of ICCI, Director and Chief Designer of Global Sensor Systems, Director and S.E.O. of Northrup Development Corporation and Chairman of the Board of Cardinal Couriers, Ltd.  He is the former President and Director of the Toronto International Air Show, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Air and Space Museum.  Mr. Cooper is a multi-rated fixed wing and helicopter pilot, and an avid Warbirds collector.

Professor Tom Johnson
Professor Tom Johnson is the Director of the Osgoode Schulich J.D./MBA Program at York University and a member of the fulltime faculty of the Osgoode Hall Law School, specializing in business law, and project finance.  He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and has extensive business experience throughout the World including Central Asia, Europe, Australasia, and the Caribbean.

Sam Ingram
Sam Ingram is the president of Toledo Energy Corporation, and Durango Oils Ltd.  With over 30 years experience in senior legal, corporate and business matters, Mr. Ingram has represented many Oil & Gas, and Mining companies as the Chief Legal Officer, and has previously served on the Board of Directors for multiple publicly traded companies.

Ian McDougall – Executive Chairman
Ian McDougall has over 25 years experience in the aviation industry.  He is the Chairman of Flight Solutions and Services (FSS) Inc., a former C.E.O. of Learjet Canada Inc, and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada.  Mr. McDougall is a multi-rated fixed wing and helicopter pilot.
